Tickets
Please bring your tickets with you on the night - you will be asked to present them on arrival. This is strictly a ticketed event. No tickets can be purchased on the evening.
Outdoor Event
The event takes place outside, so please make sure you are dressed appropriately as we do not have the capacity for all guests to be inside the Club. We advise bringing raincoats and umbrellas just in case the British weather lets us down!
Vehicle Sharing/ Parking
Parking on site is very limited and we would like to encourage car sharing where possible. Free parking permits are available to purchase and will need to be presented on arrival. Those without parking permits will be directed to the overflow car park and once full we will not be accepting further vehicles.
Contactless Payment
All food and beverage purchases will be contactless payment only.
Food and Drink
Only food and drink purchased on site will be allowed. There will be a BBQ, hog roast stand which will also be providing a vegetarian option. We will have the indoor bar available but we will also have a couple of outdoor bars and coffee areas providing refreshments as well. Please remember this is a cashless event so please bring your cards.
Sparklers/Fireworks
In the interest of safety, external use of either sparklers or fireworks is not permitted and anyone found using them will be kindly asked to leave.
